For most of my work-life I have helped people to grow. As a teacher and course leader I supported young adults to take the first step on the career ladder and assisted more mature students make career changes.

As an organisational development consultant I supported individuals via mentoring and coaching, helping them to bring all of who they are to work and worked with teams to address conflict and plan ways to work together. I worked with groups and teams towards building safer and more engaging cultures.

Beyond my formal qualifications I have completed Relationships Australia’s Specialist Course in Integrative Couples Therapy, Emotion Focussed Therapy Externship and Core skills and Gottman Level 1.

I bring a systems lens to all I do, this is a blame free, action oriented approach.
